White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge
Our dessert table wasn’t complete on Christmas Eve without my mama’s peppermint fudge. I’ve never met a soul that doesn’t love it, it only takes 4 ingredients, it’s quick, easy, no-bake, and is festive! This folks, is my kind of dessert!
Use the microwave to melt the white chocolate chips in 30 second increments, stirring in between. It took my chips 1 minute total to fully melt. Add the can of icing, mix well. Add the peppermint extract, stir everything together until smooth.
Spread evenly on a wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Unwrap and finely crush the peppermints. Sprinkle them over the fudge. Cover with Saran Wrap and gently press the mints into the fudge.
Leave it in the refrigerator, covered, overnight or at least six hours. Cut into pieces, and enjoy!
If you’re traveling with your fudge, I recommend the holiday Glad Ware. It’s not the prettiest, but it’s the most practical! It’s reusable, air/water tight, cute enough and comes in a variety of sizes. I like beautiful things, but I love practical things the most. This is one of those things I love! I wrapped Glad Ware in festive twine, added a jingle bell and gift tag, and done! Beautiful, delicious and practical. My favorite things for the holidays!
I hope you enjoy this sweet treat as much as we do!
Thanks for stopping by, Jamie xo
