Valentine’s Day – 10 Pins from Pinterest
I’ve gone through so many “pins” looking for my top 10 Valentine’s Day ideas. I’m including decor, treats and other fun things. Before we dive in, let me just say that all things Valentine can get tacky quick! Maybe it’s just me, but pink and red hearts are hard to blend with any home decor. My suggestion is, if you love V-Day, go big or go home! Do it all the way mama!
In the South, we start the Mardi Gras season after Epiphany so Valentine’s Day often gets a little lost among the king cakes and craw fish boils, however, at our house, we love to celebrate the day of love with our 3 kids (Clark 8, Penelope 4, Daisy 1). They absolutely adore the idea of any “candy holiday”, plus we use it as a chance to talk with them about God’s love and St. Valentine’s incredible life and legacy. We use this video to help with that!
There are literally hundreds of thousands of over-the-top V-Day ideas out there, but I chose things I would actually do and not just admire from my Pinterest board! These are doable, practical, family-friendly ideas I think you’ll love. Click the link above the picture to visit the original source and get all the details!
